Yes, every quiz set is completely free. You do not need to sign in to attempt any set — sign in with Google only if you want to save your score to the leaderboard.
How is each quiz scored?+
Every quiz gives +1 mark for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, plus a +2 streak bonus for 5 correct answers in a row. Once you select an option you cannot change it, and a full explanation appears right after you answer.
Is there a time limit?+
Yes. Each 10-question set has its own timer, shown on the instructions screen before you start. If time runs out, your answers are auto-submitted so your score is still saved.
